Refund Policy
Due to the fragile and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once shipped. Order cancellations are accepted only if requested before your order has shipped. Once tracking information has been issued, your order can no longer be cancelled.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement or partial refund. Photographic evidence may be required for claims.
International Orders
All international orders are placed at the buyer’s risk. Peptide Bloom is not responsible for and will not accept claims related to issues outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs seizures
- Import restrictions
- Shipping delays
- Lost or undeliverable packages
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@peptidebloom.com.
